Our business strategy centres on offering accessible PC2 laboratory space, enabling our clients to quickly onboard their own scientists and engineers and advance their research objectives. No, there is no size restriction. We welcome companies of all sizes and offer competitive rates based on your team’s actual needs. Whether you are a one-person startup or a team of 50, you’ll only be charged for the space and resources you require.
Our office spaces start at $30 per person per day, while lab spaces are available from $90 per person per day. Reach out to us and we can customize a package that works best for your team.
We provide fully certified PC2 laboratories that are ready for immediate use, so you can move in and start work from day one. If a lab is not yet PC2 certified, you will not be charged until certification is completed. Shared equipment and meeting spaces are included in the rental rates, as negotiated. We also expand our equipment inventory based on demand from our resident companies.
You must book a minimum of 10 lab spaces to secure a dedicated room for your company.
We believe that happy tenants are key to our success, so we work closely with all resident companies to meet their unique needs. If you require any modifications to the space, our team will collaborate with you to ensure the workspace is tailored to your requirements.
Clients are welcome to bring their own equipment as long as it fits within their allocated space. If additional space is required, we can assist in arranging extra space as needed.
